UX/UI Design

Interfaces designed for the way people work.

[ CAPABILITIES ]

From complexity to clarity, without stopping at aesthetics.

We design and redesign interfaces for software, SaaS, management systems and digital applications. We start from people, processes and context of use to reduce friction, errors and cognitive load. The goal is not to make the product simply nicer, but easier to understand and use.

  • [01]

    UX Audit

We analyze existing products to identify friction points, inconsistencies and steps that make the experience more complex than necessary.

  • [02]

    Information Architecture

We organize content, information and features so they are understandable, predictable and easy to find.

  • [03]

    User Flow

We design clear paths through the product, reducing unnecessary steps and ambiguous decisions.

  • [04]

    UI Design

We turn flows and architecture into refined, consistent interfaces designed to guide attention.

  • [05]

    Design System

We build components, rules and patterns that make the product consistent and simpler to evolve.

  • [06]

    Prototyping & Validation

We build interactive prototypes to verify flows and decisions before investing in development.

[ IDEAS / BLOG ]

Understand UX better. Design better software.

We write about interfaces, digital products and design decisions that really impact adoption, productivity and understanding.

[ FAQ ]

Questions we are often asked.

A UX/UI Design project goes beyond graphics: it analyzes users, goals, content and real flows. It can include UX Audit, Information Architecture, User Flow, prototyping, UI Design and Design System. It makes software, SaaS, management systems and digital applications clearer, reducing unnecessary steps, errors and cognitive load.

It is worth redesigning the UX/UI when the software requires too much training, generates errors or support requests, has inconsistent flows, hard-to-find features or low adoption. You don't always need to redo everything: a UX Audit identifies the highest-impact areas and guides a progressive improvement, reducing friction and training costs.

UX Design and UI Design are different but connected disciplines. UX defines the structure of information, paths, priorities, actions and understanding of flows. UI translates the experience into hierarchies, components, typography, spacing, states and interactions. At Mokap we design them together, because a refined interface can still have a weak UX.

Yes. We can handle UX/UI Design only and collaborate with the internal development team or a technical partner. We define flows, Information Architecture, prototypes, interfaces and Design Systems that are clear and implementable. If needed, we support developers and product teams during development to keep consistency between the project and the final product.

A Design System defines components, patterns, states and shared rules, avoiding designing and developing every screen from scratch. In complex software, SaaS and management systems it reduces inconsistencies and rework, speeds up development and makes the experience more predictable. For Mokap it is an infrastructure that gives continuity to the work between design and development.
